You must have the access codes we have provided to you, and the Encompass software tool in order to access to the reporting system. If you are a client interested in gaining access to our reporting systems, you must contact our office and speak with a representative regarding new client set up. If you have already been provided an access code, but require the Encompass Software please read on.

You must have 600mg of free disk space on your PC to be able to download and install the Encompass Software. The initial installation download is 307mg in size, and will take over 1 hour to download via DSL, so please be patient.

Once you have successfully downloaded the Encompass installation package, please note that the Encompass installation is a "zipped" software package. The files must be unpacked to your local disk drive. Once these files are unpacked, click on the install icon and follow the onscreen instructions.

You may be prompted to download a new version of the Encompass software once the installation completes, this is normal as the manufacturer updates this software frequently.
